Frank Perricone, 95, of Eastwood passed away at home on Sunday. Frank was the last surviving son of the late Louis and Mary Perricone and was predeceased by his fifteen siblings. He retired from Niagara Mohawk after several years of service. Frank helped with construction projects, including the NYS Thruway during the C.C.C. era and served with the US Army during World War II. He was a member of the K.O.C., St. Joseph’s Council, and was awarded the Knight of the Year twice.
His wife, of 63 years, Mary L. had predeceased him in 2008. Survivors include his son, Frank A. (Rose); daughter, Michele (Rick) Rogers; his grandchildren, Earl Bazydlo, Paula Bazydlo-Bleck and Steve Rogers; his step-grandchildren, Anthony Lampuri, Danielle Farrell, Laura Bradshaw and Jessica Sweet and his great-grandchildren.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, June 14th, from 11 am to 1 pm at Carter Funeral Home, 1604 Grant Blvd., Syracuse. Services will be at 1 pm at the funeral home and entombment, with Military Honors will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY.
